Because each Miss Ellany's Companion is thoughtfully handcrafted—and many are one of a kind—orders may be canceled within 15 minutes of purchase. After that time, all sales are final.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or you have any concerns, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at orders@missellanys.com. We genuinely want you to love your Companion and will always do our best to make things right.
